Our culture
As an Eleven member, you don’t just pay your fees and gain access to our services; you become part of a network run by people who care about you and want to get to know you and your business.
You’ll have regular contact with your Business Development Manager throughout the year. It’s their job to build a close relationship with you, so they can learn how we can better support you and help you grow your account. Need some extra training? Just tell your BDM.
Alongside this you will receive compliance visits and audits in line with regulatory requirements to ensure you are meeting your objectives in this area.
You’ll be invited to our popular conferences, which take place across regions to give everyone the fairest chance of attending. In between you’ll have the opportunity to join live product presentations by insurers and enjoy dinner.
You’ll receive weekly market updates, plus invitations to regular webinar sessions for training, sharing market knowledge and regulatory or Eleven news.
